Today a customer asked me if a baby blue onesie with a little crown on it with the words "Fancy Like my Aunt" under the crown was too girly for a boy?

When I told her I don't genderlize clothes she looked at me like I told her the most shocking news in the world and then proceeded to shutup.

So I guess I "offended" one of my managers today cause when she was laughing I said she sounded like a evil witch and she said I shouldn't call her names and I'm close to a write up. Okay? Well heres where I don't see it being a problem. Cause she stay picking on me or "playing" how she sees it,but to me its bullying in my book cause we ain't on that level for you to be bothering me like that. If you think I'm going to allow you to bother me without talking "smart" back to you, you missed me with that bullshit. We both adults, sooo? 

If you can't handle being talked back then don't talk to me like you're crazy just cause you're a supervisor.
