I took this weekend to go on a trip with a few ladies in my ROTC program. We went out towards peninsula.. I’m not super sure why but we had such a great time! It was cold but it is November so we expected that.
I think its vital to take the time and find other forms of exercise so we decided to pack up and ruck up. Rucking in the Army is walking or running with a huge backpack for an extended period of time. Typically the amount of weight you ruck with is set for you (the standard being 35 pounds minimum). Its nice to remember that there are other ways to continue my and exercise my 100 days without killing myself in the gym every day or without running around everywhere.
