Let me introduce you to Another Place.

‘Another Place” is a genderless fashion brand from Brazil. The brand mix “urban life” with sensuality on their designs.

Yesterday (16/12) the brand has launched its new collection. Inspired by technology and the world of cell phones, the collection looks as much to the 2000s and the famous flip phones as it does to the future and more advanced technologies. "What you need is now - Let Unfold Your World” was the theme, that followed even the nostalgia of life before the pandemic.

"I see this collection as a new phase of life, in which everything is returning to normal, but we are different. We highlight a new relationship with clothes: now the important thing is to dress for you, to look good on you. So much so that the idea of comfort appears, but more connected to the feeling of well-being itself," analyzes Rafael Nascimento, creative director of Another Place.

The pieces of collection brings strategic cuts, cropped tops and transparencies leading the collection, in addition to the subversion of basic items such as dresses and tank tops in unusual ways. Tones of purple and lilac are the main colors of the collection - it is worth remembering that Pantone recently announced Very Perri purple as the color of 2022 - in addition to prints that recall electricity. The collection also has a sporty and utilitarian appeal, with very moldable pieces that can be worn in different lengths and functionalities, such as dresses that become tops and pants that become shorts.
