Please help a queer, trans, disabled person of color pay for rent and groceries

I don't know how to get people to help me without laying every fact about me bare for everyone to see. I'm trying so hard to make things work, to make ends meet, but I'm already behind on rent and my credit card has such a big balance on it from putting groceries on there that I can't pay for. Just look at my bank account right now.

I don't have family to fall back on. My younger brother is staying with me for the holidays while he can't be in his college dorm so I have to provide for him too. I have no one else to rely on for financial help.

I'm trying so hard to apply for every job i can, but I haven't been super lucky. I also can't really do every job under the sun (particularly those that involve physical labor) because of my disability. I have fibromyalgia and am constantly in pain, not to mention the laundry list of other issues. I mean just to show a few...

I hate having to lay myself bare like this, but idk how else to prove how hard I'm trying despite everything 🥲

I was also $350 short on December's rent, so I will have to cover that on top of my existing $950 rent for January. I really don't know what to do besides just ask for a little help and support while I try to get a job.
