hi i hope you don't mind me asking this but how do you know when a fansite/fan photo account does or does not allowed editing of photos

I’m actually not sure which specific fansites do, so as a general rule I just assume most of them don’t, especially since most of the ones who post Mina pictures tend to be general girl group or AOA photographers.
