man, im so glad this term is a thing. its not a complete descriptor of my experience but when the conditions are right it makes so much sense.
romance and sexuality are two entirely separate halves in my brain that do NOT work together. i cant imagine nor stand the thought of seeing a character im romantically attracted to (or attached to in any way really) in a sexual light. but it also makes so much sense why more or less all characters i dont mind seeing sexually are furries/anthros, since i have 0 romantic attraction to them lol
seeing romance in sexual content completely takes me out of it. seeing romance stuff turn to sexual stuff squicks me the HELL out (tho thats probably just the repulsion speaking)
