about phil hibernating; birds don't hibernate! like at all! (theres like one exception and its a cute lil pudgy grey sphere) instead they fly somewhere warmer and come back when winter ends but since phil Lives in the arctic every once in a while he just chooses to sleep for a week straight lol. he likes the cold too which makes an unfortunate combination of a happy sleepy bird who has to push through brain fog to get work done. that's partly why phil is so snappy in episode 1.1! he's cranky and sleepy and you're telling him he's gotta pretend to like government?! he can't act very well but being grumpy helps with a bit of it bhaha

? Did the age rating go up? I could’ve sworn it was teen and up before but it says mature/18+?

i've recently been made aware that there are pretty big issues with webtoon that i am sorting out right now, one of the smaller ones being the age rating of anarchy 101

rest assured that as for the comic itself, there will be absolutely no explicit/graphic violent or sexual content at any point in the series.

teen and up will always be my intended audience for a101

no update this month unfortunately. i've been working on stuff for the syndicate zine which has been very exciting and keeping me very busy. the draft for (what was supposed to be) this months episode has been done for ages now so don't worry on that end, it just takes a lot of work

(also! i am SO flattered that my silly comic is something people actively look forward to every month? i am so insanely honored and i hope you all continue to enjoy reading it!)

Red, two questions for A101 for ya :D!!

1) will the background characters we saw in the 0.3 MIA be seen again or better yet, survive

2) Are we gonna get to see the lovely Harpocrates? If so, is there any non spoiler info you would wish to share about em?

the background characters in MIA will make at least two or three more appearances in the comic! theres another group of ocs ive drawn out that’ll feature more (you’ll see em next episode). all in all i dont plan on killing anyones ocs. unless it was like. really funny /j

yes! harpocrates’ identity will be a big part of the plot and i am SO excited to see what everyone’s thoughts and theories are ahh <33 as for a non spoiler hint, they’re not a new member of the smp. it wont be a “turns out harpocrates is grian!!” (though its been very tempting lol) and we will see them long before it’s revealed. hopefully that made sense
