No, just metoidoplasty!
I don't plan on getting any top surgery myself, & depictions of no top surgery trans guys in media & fandom are severely lacking, so I decided Medic kept his!
No shade towards people who do give him top surgery tho. I just feel like the tits & dick combo is never explored for trans guys, when there are plenty of us with no top dysphoria, but with bottom dysphoria instead. I wanna explore that with him 😊
