Why does Em keep wearing the Kangol hats ? 🤔

I am currently reading Not Afraid by Anthony Bozza and I think I figured out why Em wears the Kangol hats we love to hate 👀.

Here is what Bozza writes in the book :

Proof was actually buried wearing a Kangol Cap. What if that’s the reason why Em started wearing these ?

Thinking back, I don’t think he was spotted rocking these hats until after Proof died, so it would sort of make sense 🤔. If that’s the case, I think that’s a sweet nod ❤️ - and I will stop the Kangol hate 👀.

Anyway, i am really enjoying the book. It is really insightful, not only about Em’s career, but also about the music industry !

News on CL’s new memoir...

Courtney’s memoir is officially titled ‘Girl With The Most Cake’ and she sacked the writer helping her. Now he’s suing her.

Love initially was thrilled with the direction of the book, Bozza said.

In June 2012 Love told the writer the first two chapters were "f'l'**ing BEAUTIFUL!!!!" and left her “breathless!!!!!” court documents read.

Love wrote to Bozza saying that she was "trying to fix the book" in April 2014, but that the new writer she hired was "worthless," and that the memoir was “now in even more chaos,” court papers show.
