I got nominated for the #alsicebucketwaterchallenge by the wonderful @asab17! ALS (or as AnneMarie calls it ASL 😝) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. This means that people who are diagnosed with ALS cannot do any voluntary movement like walking and grabbing things. To some, it even effects their breathing. ALS has no cure or treatment which is absolutely devastating and any donations to help families suffering with this disease is by all means accepted! Some may think the ice challenge is stupid but even if you can't donate, you can spread awareness, even if haters say 'its wasting water'...don't get all booty hurt cause you haven't been nominated yet, its for a good cause!
