Lilly’s life wasn’t complicated. In fact her life could have been portrayed as a fairy tale. She had it all-- looks, money, a string of males at her beck and call. It was Lilly who liked to complicate her life. From secret romances with PCH-ers and grown men to keeping secrets from everyone she loved, she was complicated. She wanted a life that could be remembered and envied. Lilly Kane wanted to be revered and beloved, she wanted to be feared and doted on. She was a walking contradiction that many people loved. At least that was what she thought.
Spending the afternoon poolside she figured eventually she would be dragged away due to her mother’s disapproving look. Putting her top back on she rolled her eyes almost as if on cue her mother walking in. At least her anger was short lived with the sound of the doorbell. “Duty calls,” she joked as she headed to the door. Seeing Logan she smiled. “Lover Boy!” Her mother would disapprove of this as well despite what she had once called Logan’s ‘good breeding’. It was as if her mother only cared about maintaining appearances so much that she didn’t care that she came off as a cattle salesman. Pecking a quick kiss to Logan’s lips she held on to his neck, her long blonde hair falling near her waist. “I thought you were still mad at me.” Logan could have taken his pick at any subject to be mad at her for. Whether he could have chosen her straying eyes, her less than warm behavior in public sometimes, or her recent way of being distant she wanted to at least see what he was there for. Her manipulative behavior playing already to see if she could easily diffuse the situation. “I should’ve known not to doubt you.”
