I've existed in spaces adjacent to Worm for long enough to have picked up things, and those things got me curious... and cautious. Then I made the mistake of saying as much on QQ (i.e. that parts of Worm intrigued me, and parts very much did not, from what I had heard) Which sparked a discussion that led to Amy Dallon discourse, which led to me exploring said Amy Dallon discourse on r/parahumans and elsewhere, which led me to Amy-centric fanfic, which led me here, to actually reading Worm itself.
Or at least I will be in short order (this post is being made as I get ready to start reading).
Amy fucking goddamn Panacea Dallon has been consuming my fucking brain for weeks now, so I have to at least try to read the original source material. In hindsight, I'd probably be much happier if I hadn't made that errant comment and Amy Dallon didn't grab me by the throat and hit all my blorbo-buttons and force herself into my brain, but here I am.
God fucking help me.
