When I was a kid my mom told me that I couldn't get candy out of the vending machine and she also told me that drugs were bad so for the majority of my childhood I thought that drugs came from vending machines.

Anticdote

When I was three, while my mother was at the hospital giving birth to my sister, I tricked my grandmother into going outside. I then locked the door. She stayed out there for about an hour. Problem child then and now.

Old habits never fade.
