Fulfillment
Yeah, sure, we all fear failure. But what does failure actually mean?
fail·ure
ˈfālyər noun 1.lack of success. "an economic policy that is doomed to failure" synonyms: lack of success, nonfulfillment, defeat, collapse
I think the key to the above definition, aside from where it falls in the English language a noun; as a thing, is that it is a synonym for non-fulfillment.
Here we are, at a crossroads. Do I quit? Do I keep going? Do I keep going until I can’t anymore? As much as I know I can keep going, I look at the tired eyes of father while my left eye twitches from stress and anxiety. For me to seek other success and admit that I do not belong in my current environment is the product of something larger, more positive than failure/nonfulfillment; it is a product of tenacity, hunger and best of all: fulfillment.
