BART Seeks Feedback on a Antioch BART Bicycle-Pedestrian Bridge

BART today announced that it is looking to improve access to the BART Antioch station and that they are exploring the interest of a bicycle-pedestrian bridge over Highway 4.

According to BART, the pedestrian bridge would go to the south of the station to connect surrounding neighborhoods to the station. That would like to know if East County residents think this would help them get to the station.

Tri Delta Transit Launches On-Demand Ride Share Service

ANTIOCH, CA, – Eastern Contra Costa County Transit Authority (Tri Delta Transit) announced the launch of Tri MyRide, a flexible and dynamic on-demand shuttle service operating in neighborhoods near the Antioch BART Station and Pittsburg Bay Point BART Station.

This 6-month pilot program shuttle service began operation on Monday and Tri MyRide operates Monday thru Friday from 5am to 8pm.
