North Concord Station Gets Guaranteed Parking with the Scoop to BART Carpool Program

BART patrons can now carpool to the North Concord/Martinez Station and get guaranteed parking until 10:00 a.m. when they use carpooling app, Scoop. BART will allocate permit parking spaces at North Concord station specifically for carpoolers using Scoop.
