Vintage Hobnail Milk Glass Double Globe Table Lamp This lamp pre-dates manufacturers using stabilizing screws in to hold the top globe in place. I’m not sure if this lamp originally came with a clear glass cylindrical hurricane surrounding the light bulb, but I doubt it because not enough space for one. The lamp is 19-3/4" high when all together. The top milk glass globe shade is 9” in diameter and 8-1/4” high. The bottom milk glass globe is 7-3/4” diameter and about 7-1/2” high. The elaborate square brass base of the lamp is approximately 6.5” x 6.5”. This lamp weighs 5.5 lbs. I cannot find any makers mark or date on this lamp or the shades. I guess this is an early Fenton lamp circa 1950? Might be earlier, 1930’s?
