3. Yaya

I wish more girls had done that delicious arch in the back like Yaya has. It immediately allows for more curves that help show off the product expertly, and the right foot that is lifted is spectacular. I’m not as crazy about the face, kind of like last week, where I would have preferred some intensity, even though the mild-tempered gaze still works in the overall shot.

5. Norelle

Unique is the first word that comes to mind when describing this shot. It certainly stands out from the rest, but I go back and forth on where to rank this. Norelle’s go-to emotion seems to be the innocent look, so it is nice to see her delve into provocative territory. There’s a nice balance in the sensuality while staying true to her. The pose is nice, but I’m a bit disturbed by how her thumb seems to be so abnormally long in the belt loops, even though the hand in the pocket does work for me.

1. Toccara

Toccara just looks so amazing in those jeans, and the pose is so simple yet effective. I am in love with her expression- it’s such a powerfully sultry look that punches through the lens. The chin to the shoulder would usually be a big no from me since I am a sucker for a good neck, but here it adds coquettish feel to the narrative that fits perfectly with her face. I was pleasantly surprised that after deliberating with myself for quite some time, it was Toccara who came out on top this week with a FCO!

2. Ann

Jesus Christ... Ann delivered my favourite shot of her entire portfolio this week, and it’s a shame that she never performed at this level again throughout the competition. I’m so drawn in by how freakishly gorgeous she looks, and how her bone structure truly shines here. The connection with the camera is just amazing, and all I’ve ever wanted to see from Ann so she could finally do her beauty some justice in a photoshoot.

4. Eva

Eva’s face has managed to photograph stunningly once more, and I love that she does actually look kind of scared since it shows some vulnerability, which works wonders along with that slightly raised shoulder (I love this shot mostly because I kind of feel like it represents Eva as a contestant in that she tries to put on a confident front when she’s insecure on the inside). Her pose is decent, but nothing spectacular, and I only recently noticed the jeans are kinda loose and sliding off at the lower back area. Otherwise, it’s a great picture.

6. Cassie

How was this chosen as picture of the week? This is definitely Cassie’s best work so far, and I rather like it, but there’s still a lot of flaws visible. For one, the pose doesn’t show off the jeans as well as the other girls since it’s rather contrived, and I have no clue why she left her right hand lie flat when she had extended it away from her. Her face is the best I’ve seen it- it’s sweet, and warm, and there’ s a delicacy to her hand here (kind of the antithesis to Amanda’s hand in her shot) along with her beautiful neck.

7. Nicole

Nicole suffers a bit from the same as Amanda, in that she is not giving us anything beyond what her natural beauty is already offering. Her pose is probably the best we’ve seen so far this week, though the left hand feels very awkward and abnormally large where it is. I do have to say that what draws me in the most in her shot is actually the hair, which isn’t really a credit to Nicole herself, but rather the stylists.

8. Amanda

After her magical FCO from last week, this is definitely a let-down from Amanda. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a horrible picture, and there’s a gap between her and the girls ranked below her, but this is rather mediocre. I feel like she’s resting on her great looks, because when zoomed in, she actually looks uncomfortable and tense. The body pose is fine, though I am slightly bothered by the hand that is covering the breast looking so heavy on her skin.
