Hank what's your biggest "little" accomplish? Like the mundane stuff only you notice, nothing to do with superheroing/teaching/ants. Things like, cooking eggs or taking the bus without anxiety.

I think remembering to eat regularly has been my biggest accomplishment like that. At this point, it’s not actually necessary for me to eat; Ultron generates enough energy to sustain us, but the habit stuck around.

And eating isn’t always so much about nutrition. A lot of the time it’s about socializing and being with other people in a relaxed setting. So having a habit of getting out of the lab and grabbing a bite to eat with family or friends, y’know... That’s a big deal for me.

I saw a pin on Pinterest of a tattoo of your dungeon meshi fanart and I was wondering if that's allowed or not or is there anyway to pay for permission to get your art tattooed

So thing is, I never designed them for being tatoos, anyone who would want one on their body would have to work with a tatoo artist to see how it can be adapted. Therefore, I don't ask people to pay me for using them as tatoos. However, if you get a tatoo and really like it and want to give me a tip as a thanks, feel very free! C:

Kind of scary for someone to look at papers preserving knowledge (no matter how "insignificant") and go "but what's the point?"

Here is where I will disclose that i gave all the creatures in my zine little silly stats for fun, and I think this lady might have believed this was a game or something, and just got more confused when I told her it was just for silly fun. I think it was a funny mutually puzzling generational/cultural gap!

I found your johnkat art from like 13ish years ago any thoughts

oooh i see which one you liked, it's a good one! i had just figured out doing dynamic shapes and different facial structures, very fun! Tbh I think my style is basically the same now but more confident and solid. And johnkat was basically my first ship ever, i still think it was good taste, they had so many fun moments and dynamic, and thematic parellells! Even if now when homestuck is all said and done, it might not be what I would go for
