WIP | Homestuck Headcanons: John
I’ve been on the fence about posting this but I’ve been working forking on my own personal humanstuck-esque character headcanons, so here’s a sneak peak at what I have for john.
Without taking five years to explain family history, John is a third generation mexican-american who isn’t really in touch with his hispanic culture because of generational internalized racism and international tensions. I like to tie a lot of history and realism into my view of characters, and johns background is no exception! Stay tuned for more details about john, and for future character headcanons if I ever get around to it.
It’s important to keep mind that I am creating these based off my knowledge of the first comic only (which I’m only like 5k pages into sorry folks) , and many of the headcanons I’ve created are either based off my interpretation of john and pieces of fandom content that I agree with. No hate to anyother interpretations of john, or June, or any of that, this is just what I like :]
