Man it's nice to know you never age out of having a full on social-anxiety related panic because someone you think is -super cool- exchanges alternate contact info with you (Discord) because twitter is... uh... ... it's Twitter. You know what twitter is doing. We all know what twitter is doing, and it's legitimately a bit frustrating for a lot of authors who have had a standing platform there for ages before the Era of Musk as a way to get the publicity that a lot of publishers... really don't do so much now?
Like maybe if you're a tiny handful of already rich people they might push some PR but a lot of it is on the writers now and -that's how I met this person- and they're COOL and I am -ME- and ...
