Any instance stub

Between CI, development and production imports, google got a bit pissy at our geocoding.  Add to that the extra time it takes it was obvious that we really needed to look at stubbing or using HTTP request mocking/stubbing. Luckily factory_girl provides hooks to allow you to stub each model
