Anyee Wright drops her most confidently cool record with the self-produced "Sonya Blade". The track sees the Philly artist firing at any detractors with calm, collected threats full of references any 80s/90s babies know too well from the titular Mortal Kombat imagery to Amanda Please and Dr. Dolittle. Her accompanying production is both minimal and melodic and the track just works. Hear for yourself below:
