I found the girl I like on Instagram and I don't know if I should follow her or not because I see her at her job but I don't know if she's gay but I think she is she's single I know that much and as far as I can tell she hasn't dated anyone recently, but me and my mom go in there and I don't want it to be awkward if she isn't gay please tell me what I should do...I'm lost :(

HELP

So i have oral communications this semester and we’re about to start our last speech which is the persuasive speech. I need three good topics to present to my teacher by Monday afternoon and he’ll help us narrow them down to one. My idea is to have at least one of those topics be centered around Black people. I need some suggestions. Help me out you guys, anyone out there!

It was his secret. No one knew, and no one would ever know. But at the same time, he almost felt like it was time for someone to know. Closing his eyes briefly, Roman tilted his head downwards and squeezed his wrist, hoping the pain could distract him from the emotions he was feeling. He failed, again. It was all he knew now, failing at what he wanted. Failing at making everyone proud. With another sigh, Roman thought about searching his bag for something -- anything. Tbh the more I'm finally learning about what exactly fictives are, it reminds me of in middle school when I started to get fictional characters talking in my head (I was never in control of what they said, we honestly argued a lot). I'm pretty sure I subconsciously did it to myself bc at the time I had no friends, but I think if I focused on the concept again, they'd probably come back. So I guess I'm wondering if coping Fictive is a thing? Were they walk-ins? Or are they still there and just dormant? (Last question I guess is just me wondering out loud)

The owner of the club wasn't a fan of commissions. He preferred to seek out the best talent and give them a flat rate to take the edge of nervousness off their performance. Over the years, evidence suggested that dancers did better when they weren't panicking about how on earth they were going to pay rent. 

Recently, though, profits had been down. Claquesous didn't know whether to attribute this to his dancers or to outside circumstances. Being a man of conviction, he decided to change what he could in an effort to make a profit for himself instead of sitting aside and letting the markets do what they may. He let go of a few of his senior dancers, and now sought new talent. 

In fact, he had a dancer auditioning for him soon. A glance up at the clock told him it was 6 in the evening. Like clockwork, he heard a knock at the door. "Come in," called the man, taking his feet off his desk and crossing them beneath.
