This is my first time actually drawing+writing this down so I'll keep it general lol.
I'd definitely opt for siding with True Cross!
Throw in some shady business in the mix because Mephisto is my favorite after all <3 (and I absolutely was not going to pass up on including him in the drawing somehow). I'd also add on that I'd probably work for the german branch (at least at first), considering I speak german fluently I feel it would be a fun incorporation!
For Meister I'd definitely pick Tamer, I absolutely adore the demons and I'd jump at the opportunity to interact with them (人*´∀｀)｡*ﾟ+
