The heartbreaking thing about today's episode was that Ida was genuinely making an effort to get to know Aoki instead of outrightly rejecting him the first day. He was trying to figure his feelings out. Poor boy did not know what it felt to like someone but here he was, making an effort to know Aoki and then give them a chance to develop a beautiful relationship. But then he comes to know that the boy was trying so hard for, did not like him in the first place (atleast that's what he thinks).

That look on his face when he was on the stairs, that broke me.
