Just finished: the fun Full House Thai
[First of all, I stopped watching for finals, and caught up a week later.. whatevs, I think it was for the better because the last few episodes were dragging with tons of flashbacks and no real time cuteness.]
I was not disappointed. Mike and Aom-Am were cute and fifty shades of adorable in this drama till the end.
And people, this is how a hug is done! (No wishy washy, awkward hands, unsure head positions, or statue like reactions.)
He hugs her so tightly... like he actually wants to hug her! Made me squeal unlike the leads in coughkdramascough
[Sigh... I need this hug]
And go Aom-Am!
For me, this hit all kinds of sweet spots. Cute leads. Cute chemistry. The real one was kind of long ago, so I don't remember much. Also, I was never the die hard fan of the original. I liked the music score since it reminded me of the original ost which I still have.
I wouldn't mind watching Thai dramas if they happen to be as cute and breezy. But this is quite a high standard. And, for sure, if these two ever decide to team up, I would probably check it out provided there's subs.
And please, someone agree with me that these two are together in real life? I ship them!!!

Full House Thai Recap (Episode 14)
Recap:
This episode is about the commercial deal that Mike got for Aom-am, which is the ice cream commercial, wherein Mike offered Aom-am a chance to earn a bigger income (aside from being a house help) through a commercial project. Before shooting the full commercial, a “behind the scene” shoot took place when they were still in Thailand. The shoot had personal questions about the opposite character and thus, asking about Mike’s favourite dish, which are chicken feet. The agency that handled Mike felt that Aom-am was genuine and had no room to be “fake”, then Mike had his turn to be doing the behind the scene shoot. When Mike was asked: “What impressed you about Aom-am?” Mike has this to say: “Aom-am has the ugliest crying face in the world. She nags a lot and loves to talk back all the time, as in non-stop talking back. But she also fills my world with other kind of sounds, not just the sound of music. She fills it with sounds of laughter, sounds of tears, noise when we fight and most importantly, she is the girl who can make me say ‘sorry numerous times and still am glad to do so. Even if it’s tiring, she makes my life more colourful and lively and I would never have thought that it can turn out like this. She makes me happy.” And with those lines, the crowd goes wild.
Mike and Aom-am had to fly back to Korea for the commercial shoot proper. Before they flew back, a reporter tried to stir the interview by asking the couple that the honeymoon was only a publicity stunt in order for them to get the commercial worth 7 digits, however, Mike rebutted that it was not true and having a commercial with that offer and a free trip to Korea was just a heavenly deal.
When in Korea, Mike and Aom-am had to be prepared to do the commercial shoot. On the first taping day, Aom-am was obviously stiff that caused them to have numerous takes and still, no good shot was taken. During their stay, Mike discovered that it was Aom-am’s birthday and decided to surprise her by bringing her to beautiful places in Korea. The surprise was during their dinner. Along the beach, Mike and Aom-am spent the evening chatting, having fun and yet, another surprise was up. Mike presented a cup cake to Aom-am and sang her the “Birthday Song”. Aom-am was thrilled that she wanted to capture the moment. As she went back to her tend, she saw a laptop and a “happy birthday” card inside. The card had a heart-warming message that truly made viewers fall in love.
The episode ended as both were to have another sequence for the commercial and guess what, since Mike and Aom-am were already comfortable with each other, Mike motivated Aom-am by telling her a game; they had to be ghosts and “let them forget who they are… and act who they want to be” which is to be said in a simpler term, let us act like we are truly married and another raving sound of giddiness filled the air.
