hi guys! its been a minute! [two months]
i actually drew this ref a while ago but it COMPLETELY crossed my mind to post it here until i got reminded i made a blog specifically for this fic so. whoops.
anyways, here's our main character's ref! i think i could've done better on the eyes but ehh....its fine lol

and normally this would be where i link her artfight page, but theres a teeny tiny problem...artfight is currently in read-only mode and the same day i made this art was the day that said mode was put into place. so thats nice! ill update this when artfight is in the normal mode again.
bad news, aomwm might have to go back on hiatus. i got home today and my laptop will not boot up at all, its been charging for a half-hour [even though im pretty sure its fully charged] and still wont turn on. yes, ive done almost everything the internet has suggested, except for anything internal since i dont trust myself with that stuff.
this is a problem cause i literally have the entirety of both the greenhorne and neksdor arcs planned out and written on this laptop, and its really the only place i can properly write any of my fics on.
right now im trying to figure out how to get it to turn back on with the help of my parents but no luck so far. worst comes to worst either ill have to send it to get fixed or ill have to get a new one which will SUCK because i just got this laptop a few months ago.
safe to say im stressing. a lot. and im also annoyed because i just took this fic off of hiatus just to have to potentially put it back on again :']
ill update if anything changes but as of now aomwm is likely back on hiatus. ill try to post more stuff here to make up for it, maybe clips from my actual miitopia save or more art

i went to look in my switch's album and found the earliest video i took of my miitopia save, back when all i had was the demo.
this was recorded in late 2023 [december 30th], around the same time i got my switch lite. so this means these guys are gonna be three years old in december!
kinda crazy to think about that, the fic itself wasn't written until 2025 but ive had the characters themselves around for a while.
not really sure what prompted me to say this, i just thought it was pretty cool. here's the video if you're curious ^_^

im so proud of how they came out to be honest. probably one of my favorite designs so far SHE IS SO PRETTY AAA
i actually dont know how to draw lipstick but i tried my best. also she's SUPPOSED to have eyeshadow but i couldn't make it fit on their face. it is part of their design though, you can see it on her mii here!
