so, the og manga came out in 1990 and ran until like 2008. okay. cool. so its kinda set in the early 90s i suppose
then the anime came out in 2007. alright thats cool.
they put a skyline r34 in the anime. that car came out in 1999 and was made until 2002. theres also a lancer evo VI. another car from 1999
okay fuck i guess it takes place in the very late 90s? whatever.... theres flip phones and laptops everywhere and computer monitors are no longer big fat boxes,, uhh is it early 2000???
