Lemme get this straight. I quit-- I literally (and respectfully) told my manager that I couldn't do this anymore and I walked out in the middle of the day. On a Thursday. I couldn't even make it to Friday, even though I was getting a check on Friday. And three weeks later you call me back because you're starting a new program you think I'd "be perfect for"? I couldn't even sell water to a dehydrated man in the desert, and you want ME? Dude you must seriously be desperate. On the other hand, I need $17K so that means I need a job and a bartending gig hasn't come through yet.

i'm sitting at my desk today trying not to cry why do i do this to myself like they gave out a $5200 paycheck (not a typo) this morning. i will never ever be that good, no matter how long i do this or how hard i try.
