I love how Glee is being talked about in Psychology conferences. Even more so, it's interesting how they discuss how Glee can be used as a therapeutic tool in the sense that it could be used to start discussions on difficult topics.
While I don't agree with the speaker in the video that Glee handles the topics well all of the time, I do believe that it at least gets people talking and discussing this issues instead of shying away from it.
Now I kind of wish I could use Glee as the focus point of my dissertation instead of what I'm actually doing (okay, not really...but maybe then I'd be more likely to want to write/work on it!)
