book if she were a pokemon
#i have some thoughts behind this pick but they arent too complex and are mostly straightforward#first of all i think she would be a skiddo in bfdia-bfb#she would evolve into a gogoat by the time she has that understanding with the rest of team bleh#so either the tail end of bfb or tpot#skiddo are known for being pretty calm/placid pokemon and i think that fits with book usually being the voice of reason in the groups shes#apart of#Usually#as well as the fact that a lot of their pokedex entries say theyre knwon as one of the first pokemon to live in harmony with humans#i feel like this fits in a way as book is known for being very compassionate especially compared the rest of the cast#ESPECIALLY IN BFDIA#i mostly mean bfdia anywyas#her choosing quality over quantity in an attempt to please the fish monster#her sacrificing herself for needle#just her tendency to help others in general#skiddo and gogoat are usually seen as ride pokemon and this goes along with the whole helping people thing..#although the physical appearance mattered in my pick as well#i feel like skiddo looks very cute outwardly but the sharp long edges of the horns give off this impression that shes Not just#some sweet pushover and she Can put up a fight if she needs to#not just that but also symbolizing her outbursts maybe. esp in bfb. alternate design to this which is what she would look like in bfdia#where in bfb her horns are longer and more “well worn” in a way#i wanted to choose a grass type as well because shes a book and books are.
