Ooh! Honey perfume, wings, lace and mermaid? If you don't mind, that is

honey perfume; favorite perfume/scent?

for perfumes, i love lavender, peony, rose+ivy, jasmine, and honey! for scents, i also love the smell of the beach/saltwater, the smell of rain, and old books! 

wings; coffee or tea?

i like both!! (oooh goodness, i feel so annoying when i answer questions this way but i’m an indecisive libra sorry!!!) originally growing up i only liked tea because the taste of coffee was too bitter. so i liked things like chamomile tea with lots of honey/sugar and milk. but once i got older and i needed the caffeine i started drinking coffee out of necessity and eventually learned to actually like the flavor of it!! (at one point, was drinking starbucks drinks with 4 shots of espresso on the daily 😂), but now that i don’t really need to keep awake in early hours, i’ve been cutting back on caffeine. on the other hand, have also been learning to drink even more bitter teas and have come up with a recent addiction to black tea aha. 

lace; what’s your favorite plant/flower?

oh stars, so many!! pink tulips, peonies, pink roses, hydrangeas, lily of the valleys, bellflowers, cherry blossoms..!!! the list goes on and on!!!! 🌷

mermaid; do you prefer the forest or the ocean? why?

definitely the ocean!! i’ve always been a mermaid by heart, the scent, sound, and sight of the beach can literally bring me to tears! it’s one of the few places i really feel at peace. i had plans to go to the beach before quarantine started and am currently sick with longing for the ocean!

5. how many times have you read your favourite book?

oh goodness, I re-read a couple select books ALL the time when i’m on break (the night circus, pegasus) I have sincerely lost count!! 

7. what kind of weather do you like?

I love rain in all its forms, but I’m actually not too fond of thunder because loud noises startle me. On the other hand, lightly sunny days (not too hot) with a tiny breeze is also perfect beach weather. Snow is gorgeous but I don’t really get it where I am so I only see it on vacation. 

9. what kind of weather represents who you are as a person?

hmm, interesting question! probably a rainy day, where the raindrops are falling hard enough that everyone wants to stay indoors and its sort of just lulling you to sleep...drowsy, stay at home weather I suppose? 

23. what is your favourite flower?

pink tulips, lily of the valleys, hydrangeas, pink roses, peonies, and foxgloves!! flowers are so wonderful. 

31. what is your favourite scent?

i love the smell of ocean breeze. also floral scents like lavender (i have a lavender spray for my pillow!!) and jasmine.

2: do you like the feeling of cold air on your cheeks on a wintery day?

YES!! that brisk chill air feels so refreshing and I’d much rather that than sweat on a hot summer day haha.

3: what random objects do you use to bookmark your books?

For a while now I usually just stare at the page number for a few seconds to commit it to memory instead of bookmarking it but before I would use..literally…anything. Notable objects include gameboy micro, a jumbo pen, and wallet.

4: how do you take your coffee/tea?

Both very sweet! For coffee if we’re starting out black then I’ll add about 3-4 packets of sugar and one portion of hazelnut creamer. If tea that goes well with honey then enough honey to fill a hive plus a teensy bit of lemon or if not then about 3-4 cubes of sugar. Plus milk depending on the type of tea. 

9: do you like singing/humming to yourself?

I don’t know if I like it so much as I’m so used to doing it?? I sing/hum to myself all the time. The people around me are probably annoyed by it but I have no plans of stopping. 

28: sunrise or sunset?

Honestly I always flip back and forth on this for some reason!! For right now, I’ll say sunrise. (If this said sunrise, sunset, or night I’d definitely pick night though).

Oh! No, I don't think that's odd! I actually have pretty similar feelings in regards to you (sans reasoning- for me I believe it was suiri no kizuna posts?) It's like... seeing an old friend! ...Even if I'm unsure about saying that cause I don't know if you consider us friends. But it's always nice to see your presence, both on my dash and in my notes!

Blankets I sleep with: Currently 5 because it’s winter! 3 regular blankets, 1 super comfy and stuffed warm blanket, and 1 electric heated blanket. I get cold wayyy to easily haha.
