Look, I just talked to a kid in the Newspaper and he confirmed it.

He said that everybody here knows about it.

Though… he said nothing spooky happened.

He said it doesn't happen to everybody. Just some people get affected by the Sylf.  Apparently people don't like to talk about, but they are aware.
