It’s been a while…so here’s a quick streaming refresh & guide for harries who want this album to get the recognition it deserves!!
Ik Harry doesn’t care about charting….but we should, because I want to hear these songs played at my grocery store and in the club and in my friends car on the radio on a nice summer day and everywhere in between!
Quick guide for what to do & what to avoid:
DO ✅
DO: steam on Spotify, Apple, or Amazon Music
DO: queue a low-popularity ‘intermission’ song by a different artist between replaying the album. This helps avoid getting flagged as a bot
DO: also queue an intermission song between every 3-4 plays in a row of the same song. Similarly avoids getting marked as a bot & having your streams not count
DO: put on the album at a low volume on a streaming app whenever you spin the vinyl. idk. Put your laptop in a separate room or something when you run ‘em at the same time
DO: call into your local radio station to request American Girls. This is also a part of the billboard metric. Maybe we should do a whole campaign on this too……more to come later
DO: Use your friends phone to aux Harry at the hangout. Bumps both streams & monthly listeners :)

DON’T: stream by watching YouTube lyric videos, music videos, or YouTube music. In a new rule, this no longer counts as a stream on billboard
DON’T: straight-through replay the album in a row 20 times with no other songs to break up the playing time. This gets flagged
