Thoughts on Veridea? I just found out about this "planned mini-city" in Apex.

I think it's like any other new development in the area. I think it could be better with public transit (ie trams to get around inside /trains to go bigger cities/towns)

I do like the smaller more "walkable" and mix use communities they are trying to bulid. I think it's a good step in the right direction. I know there's one that's been in development for a while now, off of 64 but it's still very car centric (and the houses are priced really high too😭😭😭), im guessing veridea isn't doing much on affordable housing options

I also hope veridea does something about the road noise bc it's going to be so noisy over there. Those highways are so loud at the best of time
