The Gotchi Bank does require a four digit pin to access the bank and your funds. There are even accounts for regular savings and super savings.
There’s also a Gotchi Library that is a dictionary players keep. It records which Tamagotchi characters have discovered on their Entama and Uratama. There’s the YariKuri center where you can buy and sell for more Gotchi points or items, and the Ginza Street Arcade which has fun games including the Dodge Ball game.

A bit of a throw back Thursday, haven't done one in a while.
An update on my scanning project, last summer I realized that prints are hard enough (haven't scanned in a while), but I wasn't ever going to get to the slides. Got a note that the guy doing scans at a downtown photography store was retiring so I took that as my inspiration to do something about it. Grabbed as many slides as I could fit in my backpack and dropped them off. Didn't get all of them, but...at least some memories are back :)
This should be January of 2000, we'd gone down to Santo Domingo for New Year's.
I did some light Photoshop on the picture, below is the unedited shot. Maybe it's the scan or my exposure was way off, quite light/overexposed. Also a bit of tilting on that horizon! :) It's probably Fuji or Kodak film.

Walkies?
One of Barney's favourite tricks was fetching me my shoes. Sometimes even when I didn't ask him to. If I was chatting to visitors & Barney felt he'd been ignored too long, he'd scamper off & then charge back into the room a second later, holding a shoe, which he'd proudly present to me. Almost inevitably, our guests would laugh & comment on how cute & clever he was - which only encouraged Barney to go fetch the other shoe as well.
Ha! Naughty pup, if I failed to take an offered shoe from him fast enough, Barney would simply lob the footwear at my shins, hard. THAT got my attention - especially when he chucked heavy walking boots at me. Sometimes, I'd end up with a pile of assorted shoes at my feet. If Barney ran out of shoes to bring to me, he'd take one away from the pile, leave the room with it & then bring it back, like I might be fooled into thinking it was a new shoe!
