first picture is Tatarstan with the snow leopard that's depicted on his coat of arms. there's also like a lot of cats apparently? and one special cat that is the Kazan cat who is a character from a legend about siege of Kazan, said to have saved the khan from invaders. so i like to think he would be a cat person ^___^
other pictures are meaningless or obvious. Volga Bulgaria design from last one is not mine he's by @lactodebillus-bulgaricus !!!!
