Can you do the 1p and 2p hetalia characters of your choice reacting to really bad reader inserts (or just bad fanfic in general) involving them if you don’t mind?
Oh my Lord…this is hilarious! How about we do the 1 and 2P! Face fam?
France: “Oh my-..non..! I don’t talk like that…do I!?”Francis. Would. Be. In. Tears..and they would be both tears from laughing, and genuine tears from crying. One thing that would kill it for Francis would be butchering French..his French…Certain topics (*cough* sex *cough*) would make Francis cringe beyond belief, and he’d be swearing up and down that things do not work like that…also..he doesn’t really sound like that..does he?
America: “Oh god…it’s so…bad…”Alfred gets second hand embarrassment, horribly. He would be cringing every few seconds and begging to stop…but still scroll anyways. He would say he hated every second of it, but being honest, it was so bad, he felt a need to finish it just to say he did. Though he would want to take a long shower afterward to erase it from his memory…especially because it would dawn on him halfway through that it was about him.
Canada: “Oh..Why am I doing that to them-..I can’t read anymore..”Matthew second-hand cringes easily…so reading a bad reader insert with himself would make him turn bright red and squirm a little. Every time the story would be fine and he’d think the worst was over, there would always be a part after that would cause him to cringe more than the time before. He’d also argue that he actually doesn’t say “Maple”…all the time..
England: “I-I don’t say that! And that doesn’t mean that at all!”Arthur would be raging. He would want to bash his head into the wall until the idiocy of the story stopped making him lose brain cells. He would cringe horribly as he read, but wouldn’t be able to stop…he would hope it was all a bad joke and someone didn’t actually write it…but he would know deep down, someone did…and they were possibly proud of it. Though he would be utterly exasperated with the language they used in the story and the fact that it was either horribly overdone, or it didn’t mean what they thought it did in the first place…
2P! France: “That’s not how that goes…”Francois would read a little bit before just sighing and closing it out. He wouldn’t have the patience to deal with the cringe, and he wouldn’t have enough alcohol for him to make it all the way through the story. He would just rub his temples and sigh and wonder…why do people do this in the first place?
2P! America: “I want…to stop…but it is so bad…I can’t…”Allen would be screaming…but screaming because the story was so bad, but he couldn’t stop. He would equate it to watching a train wreck in action…he wanted to look away, but he couldn’t. He would be yelling and correcting the story on his appearance, but also his commentary…though if the story got sexual he would need a drink. It would be the best/worst way for Allen to kill time…and if it was bad enough…he would go out of his way to find more…because he is a masochist like that.
2P! Canada: "Oh no…“Matt would start to read and about halfway through the story, it would dawn on him that he was in it. He would just blink and sigh before shaking his head. He couldn’t be mad, since he didn’t do much in the story and it was pretty damn true in reality too. Though if it ever got sexual he would want to close it out and move on with his life…but his curiosity and masochistic side would beg to differ and he would read on…before calling Allen and telling him about the horrors he just read.
2P! England: "Oh how cute..OH! That’s me!”Oliver would be reading it at first and making comments to the writer on how to improve their style and writing…but once it dawns on him that it was him in the story, he would turn bright red and whine a little. He wouldn’t want to criticize the story since that was so negative…but also it was him in it, so he wouldn’t want to criticize himself by default…Though if it got sexual in any way Oliver would shriek and close it out as fast as he could before shaking his head and turning bright red. He would want to do anything to get his mind off that.
