ROM: CrocDB, Myrient, Vimm's Lair (use the search function) the one I played is the DS one.
MTL tool: LunaTranslator use the OCR option instead of hook you can adjust the rest (OCR service, translator, display, etc) however you want. There's also other features on here but I don't really know much about it.
My settings: OCR: Google Lens Machine translator: Google I think DeepL could've been better option, but it's kinda slower than google also the target language could change for some reason despite I already set it to English.
