okay so meet aph zagreb!! for those who don't know, zagreb is the capital of croatia. these headcanons may be messy a little bit, ranging from historical hcs to sexuality hcs so. yeah.
after some pondering, i decided to make her a girl.
2. her name is Magdalena Kovačić (people call her Manda for short) i stole the name Magdalena from that one myth of how zagreb got its name. Kovačić is a popular last name.
3. actually im not sure when she began living, but im gonna say she js spawned during the middle ages
4. Magdalena helped Hungary out when the Mongols invaded her in 1242. because of that, they had a relatively good relationship with each other that didn't last long lmao

6. adding onto the previously said hc, the first time it happened was around the 15th century when she was an alchemist
7. aromantic pansexual? or maybe bisexual, in any case, she doesn't experience romantic attraction. which is ironic considering she likes reading love stories.

9. She loves the Croatian language. and I mean, A LOT. In fact, she was so fed up with rich aristocrats speaking German and Hungarian instead of Croatian, hence why she started the Illyrian movement in 1830.

18. At first I was thinking Croatia could be a bit fatherly towards Zagreb but ehh im not sure. In any case, Croatia likes Zagreb because she's his capital duh, and Magdalena doesn't mind Dražen that much
