Ourania - Heavenly, divine. I think this one just fits her the best! And is definitely the one I relate to her most, She is a heavenly and divine force 🦢
Antheia - Blooming, Friend of flowers. I love the springtime and springtime goddess’ so I enjoy that Aphrodite is linked to this energy. I imagine her getting along with Spring and Flower nymphs and goddess’, flowers are also an important part of my craft just like Aphrodite.
Another favourite is Pandemos - common to all people. I like this because I think it highlights a really important aspect of Aphrodite, how She is a goddess for ALL people, regardless of sexuality, gender or anything otherwise. How she loves us all, has a place for us all and wants us all to take care of ourselves 💖
I really enjoy Philommeides - Laughter-loving. It reminds me of her as I often hear her giggling and relate laughter to Her 💖
And finally Anadyomene - Risen from the sea. I think it represents Aphorodites connection to the sea and her birth from it. I can imagine Her rising from the sea 🌊 I also find this relevant as it relates to the sea - which is prominent in my personal craft.
& Aphrogeneia - Foam Born. I love her foam born creation myth, I think it fits Aphrodite so perfectly and again links Her to the magic of the sea 🐚
