The Echo Park Guide - Ticketing/Transport/Accommodation
Oi! It’s September! Cue the dramatic synths, because the final count down to Echo Park Music Festival has started. So to make things easy as festival weekend nears, we’ve put together this little guide to make sure you reach our Place Less Ordinary with minimum fuss and optimum fun.
Step One: Tickets. We’d recommend you move quick, because we can only accommodate a limited number on-site, and Echo Park passes are flying off the(virtual) shelves. Here’s a handy little cheat sheet to purchasing tickets.
Echo Park Ticketing: A Step-by-Step Guide
Here’s how to get your tickets to A Place Less Ordinary.
OPTION 1: I live in Shanghai!
Awesome. This gives you a lot more options.
ONLINE
1. Buy via Smartshanghai: It’s all in English, and they accept cash on delivery. You can schedule when you want your tickets delivered.
So if you have a local address and phone number, this is the easiest option. Click ‘Add to Cart’ for the tickets you want, and then specify your delivery address and preferred delivery time.
2.Buy via Bon App
Download ‘Bon App’ from the App Store or Google Play store.
Open Bon App, go to the ‘Meet’ section (the middle button) and scroll down to find the Echo Park ‘Meet’ event
Click to enter and fill in your details (including in-person pick-up or home delivery). Click to pay and choose either Alipay, WeChat Wallet or UnionPay
Then you’ll get a confirmation screen and you’re all done!
3.(CHINESE REQUIRED) Buy via Damai: International cards accepted. Read our step-by-step guide to buying from Damai online here. Note that this only applies to the website, and not the Damai app.
OFFLINE You can also rock up at any of these Shanghai venues to pay for and pick up your Echo Park tickets. Call ahead, just to be safe!

The easiest way to get to the Park!
At 247tickets you can pay for your tickets online using Visa, MasterCard, Amex, UnionPay, PayPal and WeChat. You can also pay with cash on delivery or pick up from their office in Jing'an, Shanghai. Delivery is also available outside of Shanghai. The site is all in English and you can talk to their customer service on live chat online and over the phone.
Simply click Add to cart, enter your name, address and preferred payment method. Next day delivery is available.
2. (Chinese required) Buy via DAMAI: International cards accepted, and we have a step-by-step guide to it here.

TRANSPORT
The best way to get to the party is to take the Metro to Wuzhou Avenue station (Line6) and head out and northwards from Exit 1(see map above).
If you’re taking a taxi, show them this address: 上海瑞可碧橄榄球俱乐部 张扬北路2700号
So how do you go home after the party? You have a few options. Metro: you can get back on the Metro at Wuzhou Avenue (Line 6) and take it to Century Avenue(transfer station for line 2/4/6/9). The last train at Wuzhou Avenue will arrive at 22:42
(Note: The festival’s main stages close at 21:45, although the Yurt Stage by RDC will go on a bit longer).

Driving: Parking near the festival site is very limited so we advise you to take public transport. To make sure that everyone can enjoy the beautiful green fields, there will NOT be any space for parking inside the festival site. You could park your car in a shopping mall nearby (details below, but also limited space) and then take a 15-minute walk, but we’d highly recommend the Metro—you can just walk to the entrance in 3 mins.

ATMs and Cash on-site: We tried, but we couldn’t bring an ATM on-site. The closest cash machines are at the Metro station, Wuzhou Avenue or at the Senlan Shangdu mall. We recommend you come with adequate cash. Trust us, there will be a lot of awesome stuff for sale at Echo Park.
