We stopped for a leisurely lunch between 14h20 and 15h30. 20h30: “Unfortunately, you /will have to store your friend under the seat.” My poor Pikachu! But it certainly is nice having a whole bench to myself! However, what does it take for a gal to get to St Louis??? My first flight was cancelled (broken windshield), then this flight’s been delayed and delayed because of some hydraulic issue. The crew that was working on our plane had to go service a different craft and we’re waiting on another crew. Sigh. 16h20: I really wasn’t hungry, and I regretted my decision to go directly to my gate because it seemed like a one way route and the only food place was this solitary burger joint. But I hadn’t eaten since breakfast so I probably desperately needed food, so off I went. Despite trying to eat this very hot food slowly, I finished this guy in 10 minutes. Then I took my time with the fries and really good gravy.
