the majority of you probably don’t understand what’s going on, and that’s okay, because this conversation took place in IMs. i will not be naming the person here because i want to respect their privacy and their right for them to be upset. apology under the cut.
so, for my birthday post, i found a picture on tumblr i figured could be easy enough to use and get the point across. i dragged that picture into photoshop, added a few words, expanded the canvas, etc. what i DID NOT do, and am so very sorry to this person for not doing, was reading the tags of the original picture, which specified to ask for credit before use. this was wrong, and i should have done so ( and will now make a habit of doing in the future if i am unsure ). you should do this as well, with art, edits, etc.
anyways, this person reached out to me and expressed discomfort and anger that i was using their edit for my birthday post. i essentially said “oh! didn’t know that, i can give you credit on the post or i can delete it for you since my birthday was last week. ” i apologized and deleted the post -- that is why that post is taken down from my blog.
i am severely sorry for my actions and will do better in the future. if you feel as though something i’ve said or done has upset / wronged you in any way, my IMs are open always, even if we’re not mutuals!

He knocked on the office door, that was half opened, and called out his name. “Mace? You busy? Can I come in?”
I’m sorry to anyone following that is missing out on Wednesday the first, I’m going to suspend until next week so I can actually have the comic on track. We’ll be back up and running on Monday. Thank you for being understanding probably.
I have to tell everyone the two previous posts were just me, trying to cause a sensation. They were categorized as blogging, writing, creative writing. ( An Internet Affair, Just What Is Allowed )
I made up those posts, thinking I could write something that would cause a frenzy. In hopes of being sensational, with an idea of producing something that might go viral. I still haven’t figured out…
I started a post yesterday, and lost it through a new app I thought I would use. That will teach me to try something like that with a post. I’ll probably never be able to reproduce it, at least not in the same way.
The post was a THANK YOU to all of you that have been hanging in there and following me. It was a humble post, with me groveling, and APOLOGISING for intruding onto your sites, with my…
