Daisy?
Iris?
Gerbera?
Daisy: mmmm, my best childhood memory. We moved around a lot when I was a kid, but the house we were in the longest was this awesome old farmhouse that was attached a whole bunch of land. The owners didn’t mind me going out on the land as long as I didn’t bother the cows, so I’d spend h o u r s out there, hanging out by the creek, gathering fallen branches and making little houses (honestly, I’m a little blown away by the ingenuity of my 10 year old self with some of the things I built). It was so magical and beautiful out there, and there was so much land that I felt like there was always something new to find.
Iris: these are always interesting to answer for me, because I grew up so sequestered from current pop culture. When I was a kid in the 90s, I probably would have said that my favorite song was whatever praise and worship song was popular at the moment. I’ve had to spend some time going back and engaging with all the things I missed out on as a kid, so current me’s favorite 90s song is probably Black Hole Sun.
Gerbera: pastel. Always pastel.
