my tired brain instantly thought "hey what if his pronouns were Ko/noe" with you I don't know why

'my pronouns are ko/noe' sounds like something konoe would say in earnest to show support towards a trans employee, before realizing that he made a mistake. he is trying his best.

[DROPS THE LORE BOOK] I think Akira Konoe is acquitted of the murder charges w from when he was younger and ends up being dropped for the Change of Heart stuff too. Public Security is asked to keep an eye on him- mental health woes!- and who better to turn to than Zenkichi? …Zenkichi hates this INTENSELY, but slowly over time of like, months, he ends up bonding with Konoe with Akane inviting him over to their home a lot. (Konoe? He thinks Zenkichi is attractive. And he's got some muscles. ZENKICHI ends up falling for him, and they become a thing at a cherry blossom festival. ...and Zenkichi quits PubSec to become full time boyfriend and quiet bodyguard to the former CEO of Madicce. 🌸)

honestly, this is giving me such drawing inspiration it’s insane. love that they ask Zenkichi for this task: “hey yknow that guy who you have an intense grudge for? can you check up on him regularly we don’t think hes doing well.” which gave me the lovely mental image of this:

i think after a ten instances of this, Konoe just… invites him inside of his apartment.
