is dancing in the dark sad too?? I think I'm nearly at the end of the green mile and it's honestly breaking my heart 3
Dancer in the dark is only the most depressing movie i have ever watched no big deal lolno but srsly, so fucking sad. but it’s also independent film and the narrative is quite slow so if you don’t really like that kind of experimental films then maybe you shouldn’t watch it. also if you have a fragile heart definitely don’t watch it. i cried so much, i sobbed, i was a mess, i could never watch it again tbh haha maybe i’m exagerating but yeah, that’s the saddest movie i have ever watched, and that’s counting Atonement lol which also made me sob.
the green mile is sooo sad too! i didn’t cry watchig the movie but the book brought me to tears so badly, you should read it, even after you’ve watched the movie the book is still sooo good :)
(i’m a movie addict so if you ever need a recomendation don’t hesitate to ask!)
