I forgot I wasn’t around friends

So my family and I were watching Ellen’s game of game show or whatever it’s called. (It was my first time watching it) and Ellen asked these two girls what they did. One of them said corrections facility officer and the other one replied with “I’m getting married in 7 weeks.” My mom then said “that still doesn’t explain what she does.” To which my awkward  self replied with “Apparently him.”
