Native apps are also built particularly for a device and installed directly on the device itself. There are downloaded from the app stores like apple app store and the google play store. Native apps can sometimes be use offline, they also grant the app direct access to the device features like the camera or location, their performance is faster.
The major demerit of react native app is that they are very expensive to develop and maintain, the app need to be approved by app stores they displayed. The apple store takes more time to get approval compare to the google play store.
